The French House
Our Community Center
Deep River Mission acquired and developed the beautiful property adjacent to its mission house grounds. The remains of a structure were finished off to become our charming and functional French House. The grounds surrounding the house include a spacious field that is used for many different activities. including a volleyball court and one of Cap Hatien's only basketball courts. The community center has become quite a gem to the local kids in our neighborhood. It has been the site of vacation bible school, bible studies, after school tutoring, mentoring and a haven for kids in the neighborhood to come and play.
