2 Years ago a couple left their home and mission in Port -au-Prince and came to Cap Haitien with their children to begin again. They reached out to Deep River Mission for temporary housing and they never left. We are so grateful to God for bringing them to DRM. Sandro, Alix and their children are a welcomed addition to our DRM family. Alix, an RN, recently opened a free clinic in the Haiti House right across from the French house on the DRM property. She provides care to pediatric patients and ongoing treatment to those needing daily wound care. Sandro teaches English classes in the French house.
